We’re excited to announce that DFO Brisbane will be part of this year’s Brisbane Street Art Festival. This 15-day event celebrates public art that transforms the city through large-scale murals, bringing cultural and social connection.

As part of this vibrant city-wide event, DFO Brisbane will unveil a one-of-a-kind, exclusive mural created live onsite by acclaimed muralist Carley.

Carley is known for her expressive, brush-based technique, and her hands-on detailed approach that sets her apart from spray-based street artists. Her artwork blends blossoming florals, native birds, and layered geometric backgrounds, creating a vibrant and recognisable visual language that is uniquely her own. Throughout the festival period, Carley will be painting live, allowing visitors to witness her creative process unfold in real time. This bespoke mural promises to bring a bold splash of creativity to DFO Brisbane, celebrating art, place and community as part of one of Australia's most exciting contemporary art festivals.

In line with our commitment to safety and sustainability, Carley will be using Resene paints which are the same trusted, non-toxic range used in the DFO and Brisbane Airport murals.
